Torroba, well and mosque carpets
Torroba is situated in the Lower Baddibu North Bank Region. Its 2500 inhabitants are Muslims. Recently the local mosque has been extended. The Imam, also Alkallo (mayor) of this village, has made a request for new carpets for the mosque.
The present carpets of this mosque are so soiled and worn that worshippers get dirty when they kneel for prayers. The area is 10x20 meters. To cover the whole floor more carpets of various sizes may be used.
Moreover, the well near the mosque has run dry. It is the only well in the village. The water is of very poor quality.

There is a request to have a new well built, if possible fitted with solar panels and pump.
