Batabut Danelo, groententuin
De gemeenschap worstelt veel met een goed uitgebalanceerd dieet in combinatie met activiteiten om inkomsten te genereren, met als gevolg dat hun voedings- en gezondheidsstatus laag is. Vrouwen worstelen dagelijks om naar nabijgelegen gemeenschappen te gaan om groenten en fruit te kopen of te kopen voor het koken van een goed verteerbaar en evenwichtig dieetvoedsel voor hun gezin, wat van invloed is op hun gezondheid en economische omstandigheden.
Het hebben van een moestuin in de gemeenschap zal hun voedingswelzijn zeker verbeteren, en daarom zullen ze verbouwen wat ze eten en omgekeerd. Het zal hen ook in staat stellen een inkomen te genereren door de producten uit hun tuinen te verkopen en in hun andere levensonderhoud te voorzien.

Project Description (200 words) e.g. objectives, activities and duration, etc. The community is strugglng a lot in terms of a well balance diet coupled with income generationactivities, as a result, their nutrition and health status is low. Women struggle daily going to nearby communities to shop or buy fruits and vegetables for cooking a well palatable and balance diet foods for their families, which is affecting boyh their health and economic conditions. Having a vegetable garden in the community will surely improve their nutritional wellbeing, hence they will be growing what they eat vise-versa. It will also enable them to have an income generation aveneu by selling the produces from their gardens and fullfill their other livelihoo needs.
